Be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
Have all original tags and packaging intact.


How to Initiate a Return

Your order number.
The item(s) you wish to return.
Reason for the return.
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your item(s).
Shipping for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
