Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
• To be eligible for a return, items must:
  • Be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Have all original tags intact.

How to Initiate a Return

• Contact us at contact@algerois.co.uk to request a return authorization. Please provide:
  • Your order number.
  • The item(s) you wish to return.
  • Reason for the return.
• Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your item(s).

Shipping for Returns

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error.

Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at contact@algerois.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include photos of the damage or defect for prompt assistance.
